Typical, spacious 180m2 Landaise house in a very peaceful neighborhood. Perfectly suited to families and friends of up to 8 peopleYou'll appreciate the charm of this house both inside and out: a fireplace, a large garden, a large terrace, a balcony, in a lush green setting, all on a 1200m² plot and just 20 minutes from the beach
Towels and linen are not provided (option at €20 / room, to be communicated when you make your booking request)
Accommodation: The 4 very spacious bedrooms each have a 160 x 200cm bed.Bed linen and towels are available on request.We prefer peace and quiet on vacation, so there's no TV.Ideal for a long weekend or vacation, to get together with friends or family.Large covered terrace and unoverlooked natural garden.Located in a village with many shops, the Plane Tree Square hosts the market every Friday from 3pm to 8pm. Supérette and supermarket in Mézos (7km) and Saint Julien en Born (12km).Real plus: a children's area upstairs with lots of board games, and a PS3 console with games (for kids), and a trampoline outside.
No cleaning costs: which means you have to leave the house perfectly clean when you leave. The house must be as it was when you arrived.
